Do not expect yourself to accomplish too much at work. You're more likely to postpone duties and let things slide. Occasionally though, it's not a bad idea to take a day off, to be creative, this may be the right time. However if you've work left that is due for completion soon this is certainly the not the best solution. If you cannot count on your ability to get it done on time - you need to get a move on very soon!
