Your aims are too high and therefore absolutely unrealistic. Realising your aims might have been possible some other day but just not today. You tend to procrastinate your work and rather kill time. You might become a real strain on your colleagues if it comes to the worst. Do not expect too much of yourself and frustration will be much lower.
