Don't be surprised if you aren't able to exert yourself fully and function in a meaningful way. Lots of ideas are going through your head but you do not feel like pursuing any of them at the moment. You'll find it difficult to make progress with your work. The best thing to do is to try and plan ahead and work out how you can make up any lost time and finish the work that was allocated for today.
